The simplest way to start is to call or text (604) 632-4959, or to email Ali@Sedighi.ca. Office hours: Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific. We usually reply within one business day. You'll be talking to Ali Sedighi, not a call centre. If you're a homeowner looking for furnace repair, we're not the right call: FurnaceConsulting.ca advises furnace companies and doesn't install or repair equipment.

What happens next

  1. You reach out

Call, text or email with a line about your business.

  2. We reply

Usually within one business day, on the channel you chose.

  3. You talk to a senior strategist

A focused conversation about your goals, market and numbers.

Which channel to use

  • Call if you want to talk through a problem now, such as a pricing decision before the season or a capacity crunch.
  • Text if you're between jobs and want to set up a time. A short message with your name, company and province is enough.
  • Email if you want to send figures, a price list or a sample of invoices. Spreadsheets and PDFs are fine.

All three reach the same person, so pick whichever suits your day.

What to include in your message

Concrete details about your furnace work let us skip the generic questions on the first call. Helpful details include:

  1. Your company name, province and the communities you serve.
  2. Your fuel mix. Roughly what share of your work is gas furnaces, oil or propane, dual-fuel and heat pumps.
  3. Last season's volume. About how many furnace replacements, and the typical invoice range.
  4. Crews and trucks. How many install crews and service techs you run in winter.
  5. The main question. For example, "our margins are thin," "close rates vary by tech" or "we don't know whether to push heat pumps."
  6. Anything you've already tried, such as an agency, a price change or a care plan.

A template you can copy

Hi Ali, I run [Business name] in [City], [Province]. We did about [number] furnace replacements last season, mostly [fuel type], with [number] install crews. Our main concern is [margin / close rate / care plans / capacity / heat-pump competition]. Our website is [website]. A good time to reach me is [time].

What happens next

  1. We reply within about one business day to set up a call at a time that suits you.
  2. First conversation. Around 30 minutes by phone, by video call or in person. We ask about your jobs, your market and what you want to change, and tell you honestly whether we can help.
  3. Written proposal. If there's a fit, you receive a written scope, timeline and price. For marketing plans, the published pricing applies; consulting work is quoted. Nothing begins until you agree to it.

If you'd rather begin with a lighter step, ask about the 7-day free trial, which covers a digital marketing audit, website performance check, SEO analysis and competitor benchmarking, with no credit card.

Before you get in touch

You may find it useful to look at a few pages first:

  • The services page explains the five areas we work on and how to pick a starting point.
  • The margin worksheet guide shows how to estimate what your replacements earn, which is the most useful number to bring.
  • Your province page summarises how homes there are heated and which programs were open as of October 2026.

If you're not sure we're the right fit

Some owners hesitate because their question feels too small or too messy. It rarely is. A two-truck company wondering whether to raise its furnace price by $300, or a family business unsure whether its sons should learn heat pumps, is exactly the kind of decision we help with. If your question turns out to be technical, legal or financial rather than commercial, we'll say so on the first call and suggest the kind of professional to talk to instead.

Working with us across Canada

We work with furnace companies in every province and territory from Vancouver, and consultations are available in person or by video call, as well as by phone, text and email. Everything we do, from reviewing job costs to trialling a new option sheet, runs on records you send and calls you've recorded with your team's consent.

Frequently asked questions

What is the quickest way to reach you?

Call or text (604) 632-4959 during Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific. Email Ali@Sedighi.ca if you want to send figures or files. We usually reply within one business day.

Do we need our numbers ready before the first call?

No. A first conversation works fine without them. But if you can share your approximate number of furnace replacements last season and your typical invoice range, we can be much more specific.

Does the first conversation commit us to anything?

No. It's a conversation about your situation and whether we can help. If there's a fit, we follow up with a written scope and price, and nothing starts until you agree.

Will our information stay private?

We use what you send only to understand your business and prepare a proposal. We don't share it, and we only send messages to people who contacted us first.
